Tee Times Up to 14 Days in Advance
Our online reservation system allows players to reserve tee times online up to 14 days in advance. This 14-day window is a rolling window, meaning that every night at 7:00pm, a new day is added. This gives all players equal-access to tee times and offers the ability to make plans further in advance. Please note that the online reservation system is for 18-holes only. 9-hole tee-times are made through the RedGate Pro Shop on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You will NOT need to establish a username and password to reserve a tee time in our online system. Simply follow the instructions on the screen and enter a valid credit card number; your credit card will be used to hold your reservation and only will be charged if you fail to call the RedGate Pro Shop to make any changes to your reservation. A change refers to decreasing the number of players in your group, changing the tee time or canceling the reservation. When you arrive at the course, you can decide whether you want fees charged to this card or if you and your playing partners want to pay in another manner.
How Do I Change or Cancel a Reservation?
In order to change or cancel a reservation, you MUST CALL the RedGate Pro Shop no later than 2 hours prior to your tee time. Changes to tee times can not be made online.
Getting Started
After reading the instructions, click on the "Make a Reservation" button. From there, you will be prompted to do the following:
- On the first screen, select the time range and date to search for available tee times and click the "search" button.
- On the second screen, a list of available times will be displayed. Select the button that corresponds to the time and the number of players in your party.
- On the third screen, enter your name, address, phone number, email address, valid credit card and any special notes. You may also select whether you want to be included in future mailings. Click "book."
- You will receive an email confirmation with the details about your reservation.
Can I Still Make a Reservation Over the Phone?
Yes, reservations can be still made up to 5 days in advance in the RedGate Pro Shop in person and over the phone at (240) 314-8730.
It is important to note that although we still take tee times in person and over the phone, the policy for those times differs from the online system. In the RedGate Pro Shop and over the phone, we take tee times up to five days in advance; this means that there will always be a window of days where times are available through the online reservation system before they are available in the Pro Shop.
